IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.2 Release Notes ​

Released: February 12, 2026

Sprint release with new features, improvements, and fixes for the general platform, the IT Assets and Fixed Assets bundles, and the Mobile Client.

General Platform ​

New Features ​

  • Support for Subscriptions has been added to the Assets By Site/Location report. The Create Subscription option is found under the Downloads button. This report can be accessed via the Insights page under the Main Menu. Clicking in the Star found to the left of the report will add it as a Favorite to the User's Home page.

Fixed ​

  • A 500 Error is no longer generated at the Subscriptions page when the User subscribes to the Assets by Site/Location report.

IT Assets Bundle ​

  • A Site that has RMAs associated with it can no longer be deleted. A Validation Message is now generated that notifies the User that the Site has RMA's.

  • Changes have been made on the Cycle Count page, resulting in improved performance when Searching, Sorting, and Loading data.

Mobile Client ​

Improvements ​

  • A slight .05 second delay after a package is scanned for delivery has been implemented at the Deliver Package screen. This will prevent the "Tracking Number Already Scanned" message from inadvertently appearing during package delivery.
  • Verbiage at the Check Out screen has been updated to "Assets scanned for check out".

Fixed ​

  • The Check Out functionality now properly calculates a Due Back Date when the Item Number associated with the Asset has a Check Out Due Back setting.
  • When Check Out Order Auto-Numbering is Disabled, a scanned value in the Order Number field remains in the Order Number field instead of registering as a scan for the Asset Number field.
  • The Package Delivery scan focus is no longer lost after the first scan.
