IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.3 Release Notes ​

Released: April 3, 2026

Sprint release with improvements and fixes for the general platform and the IT Assets, Consumable Inventory, and Mailroom bundles.

General Platform ​

Improvements ​

  • The Packing List > Report option has been reinstated on the Insights page so that the User can save a Packing List View and Filter by Page Column options. In addition, formatting improvements have been implemented as well as the ability to add a Company Logo.

Fixed ​

  • Sites that have assigned Multiple Site Groups no longer return Duplicate Assets.

IT Assets Bundle ​

Fixed ​

  • Honeywell RMA's can no longer be cancelled until the Honeywell RMA # has been generated.

Consumable Inventory Bundle ​

Improvements ​

  • Subscription Support has been added to the following reports, which can be found on the Insights page:
    • Consumable Inventory Variance
    • Goods Received Note
    • Issues with Returns
  • Printing Inventory Item Labels (Consumable > Inventory > Print Labels option) via the BarTender application is now available for those Tenants with the BarTender bundle.

Fixed ​

  • Cycle Count Create no longer times out for Tenants with a high number of Locations and Asset Numbers.

Mailroom ​

Improvements ​

  • Subscription Support has been added to the Packages report, which can be found on the Insights page.

Fixed ​

  • The Tracking Number Column found on the Mailroom > Packages page now applies a Default Sort Order.
  • An Add Filter applied to the Recipient > Equals > Assignee ID-Name query now returns results as expected.
  • On the Mailroom > Packages page, the Recipient Field is no longer blank when the Recipient for the Delivered Package is Disabled.
