IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.8–26.9 Release Notes

Sprint release with improvements and fixes for the general platform and the IT Assets, Fixed Assets, Rotational Assets, and Consumable Inventory bundles.

General Platform

Fixed

• Performance enhancements have been implemented on the Asset Movement Report so that Tenants with large data sets can successfully export to a .csv file.

IT Assets Bundle

Improvements

• When an RMA is created for a Zebra device that is deemed damaged beyond repair by the Repair Depot, Zebra ships a Replacement Serial Number vs. the Original Serial Number that was received. Previously, this information was not updated in IntelliTrack.

  When this now occurs, IntelliTrack is updated as follows:

  • The Original Serial Number is Retired, and the Asset History tab contains a Comment that references the Replacement Serial Number.
  • The Replacement Serial Number is Created with a reference to the RMA Number and the Original Serial Number on the Asset Details page.

  This improvement ensures that data integrity is maintained within the Tenant.

Fixed Assets Bundle

Improvements

• Performance enhancements have been implemented to the Cycle Counts page to ensure Users can View, Create, Open, and Close cycle counts without experiencing delays.

Rotational Assets Bundle

Fixed

• A Checked Out Transaction Comment is now displayed in the Comments field on the Checked Out Assets Report.

Consumable Inventory Bundle

Fixed

• The Insights Menu Option displays as expected for Tenants that only have the Consumable Inventory bundle.
